Job Description

We're looking for motivated individuals to supervise transportation services between the kitchen and drivers, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Ensuring quality production standards are maintained for all accounts
Supervising drivers and driver assistants
Managing work flow balancing and daily manpower planning
Coaching, counseling, and preparing corrective actions for employees
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years supervisory experience in a related field preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills required
Ability to drive positive program change and manage a staff effectively
Basic computer skills and ServSafe Certification preferred
