Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in sourcing, identifying, screening, and onboarding top talent across various roles. This position requires a proactive and creative approach to talent acquisition, utilizing both active and passive recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure organizational staffing needs are met with a strategic vision.
  • Contribute to improving and executing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through online channels and innovative outreach methods.
  • Manage job postings, craft job descriptions, and assess candidates.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and maintain detailed recruitment records.
  • Develop partnerships with staffing agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting required.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and various interviewing techniques.
  • Proactive and creative approach to talent acquisition.
  • aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP equivalent highly preferred.
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required.
