Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant Bookkeeper. This position requires strong bookkeeping skills, exceptional administrative abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the owner's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for board meetings and executive discussions.
  • Handle high volume data entry efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the owner and clients, maintaining effective communication.
  • Maintain books for multiple entities, including full-charge bookkeeping.
  • Assist with year-end financial reporting for external CPAs and tax preparation.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 60 WPM typing speed and 10 key by touch.
