Job Description

Join our team as a FINRA 6 or 7 certified customer support representative in the insurance industry. This remote position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service via inbound contact center and respond to complex customer inquiries
  • Perform account maintenance and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team members and management to resolve customer service issues
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff in the customer service area

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in financial, investment, insurance, or banking sectors
  • Must possess FINRA 6 or 7 Certification at hire
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and telephone technology
  • Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
