Job Description

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for managing orders, receiving products, and coordinating shipments in the warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate processing and shipping of orders
Receive and unpack goods, check receipts, and prepare discrepancy reports
Determine packaging requirements and pack goods accordingly
Maintain shipment records in Salesforce
Coordinate movement of returned materials
Conduct search for lost products and adjust records
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior shipping & receiving experience
Knowledge of order management systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift items over 50lbs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
