Responsibilities

Generate full-quantity project management estimates
Interface with supply center salespeople
Manage subcontracted labor force
Cost containment responsibilities
Identify potential areas of conflict
Full proposal generation

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in exterior building construction
Proficient in reading blueprints and scopes
Strong knowledge of window/siding quality control
Working understanding of product specification terminology
Ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of digital estimating software preferred
