Exciting opportunity for a Remote Work and Family Life Supervisor to support military families and enhance deployment readiness within a global organization.

Responsibilities

Provide educational and support programs for service and family members
Conduct outreach efforts targeting at-risk groups
Deliver training and workshops on deployment support, family readiness, and financial management
Ensure accurate scheduling and documentation of services
Act as a liaison to commands, facilitating communication and support

Qualifications

Master's degree in adult education, social science, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in managing educational or social service programs
Strong presentation and training skills
Professional knowledge of social services and education systems
Excellent communication and advocacy skills
