Join our team as a Patient Access Coordinator in the Behavioral Health Services industry. This role involves managing incoming calls, processing transfer requests, coordinating patient assessments, and maintaining communication with the team and other departments.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls for the Intake Department and respond to customer inquiries
Process transfer requests and facilitate referrals to outpatient services
Coordinate and process patient assessments and admissions
Maintain communication with the team and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
Update and coordinate Patient Flow and Bed Boards
Qualifications
Must reside in Colorado and be available for intermittent in-office training
Experience in Behavioral Health is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related field
Minimum of one year of experience in a human service, psychiatric, or mental health setting
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
