Job Description

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an Employee Life Cycle Manager for the Ellicott City Healthcare Center. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and staff retention.

Responsibilities

Recruit talent to meet staffing needs
Coordinate interviews and offer positions to qualified candidates
Manage employee engagement events
Conduct new employee orientation
Act as employee advocate on policy/procedure/benefits questions
Manage employee training process
Coordinate payroll process
Complete employee off-boarding
Coordinate annual employee survey process

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment
Experience with HRIS Systems
Experience in employee orientation/onboarding
Strong communication and organizational skills
