Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, generating payoff quotes, taking payments, and creating title release packets. This position will assist in releasing titles to the Used Equipment Sales Department (UESD), consisting of Truck Centers and end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming customer calls and address general inquiries
  • Provide payoff quotes, bill of sales, and final invoices
  • Assist customers with online registration
  • Advise customers about loan information
  • Process title and lien releases
  • Provide documentation support for the administration department
  • Maintain various logs and reports
  • Manage toll violations on lease customers
