Job Description

The Cadre Shift Supervisor at Capital Guardian Youth ChalleNGe Academy (CGYCA) is responsible for the direct supervision, care, and safety of 16-18-year-old high school dropouts. The role involves overseeing the general welfare of Cadets, training activities, counseling, and maintaining compliance with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Oversee general supervision and welfare of Cadets
Monitor youth behavior and maintain awareness of needs
Coordinate and direct training activities
Instruct Cadets in military activities
Provide counseling and resolve differences among residents

Qualifications

Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the Youth ChalleNGe Program
Experience in instructing and supervising in a military-driven environment
Strong communication skills
Physical strength and agility for physical restraint procedures
