Job Description

Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for customer service representatives to ensure excellent service. Develops training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training curriculum tailored to meet employee needs.
  • Deliver training sessions using various methods.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor training programs.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback/coaching.
  • Create and maintain document management systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a call center trainer.
  • Proficient in training management systems and technology.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitator skills.
  • Additional certification in business leadership or adult education preferred.
