Responsibilities

Act as primary client contact for inquiries and updates
Coordinate vendors and internal teams for project success
Analyze data for revenue opportunities and work with sales team on implementation
Lead project kickoffs and closures with clear communication
Track metrics, forecast client needs, and manage account escalations
Contribute to business initiatives and maintain high client satisfaction
Assist in training new team members

Qualifications

1+ year of 340B program experience
Previous account management or client-facing role
BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience
