The Platting Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, and administration of documents relating to the recordation and submission of platting and related applications as directed by the Platting Manager.
- Maintain email correspondence and project documentation.
- Work with team members to execute projects efficiently.
- Prepare and submit recordation packages to jurisdictional entities.
- Address corrections and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Stay updated with municipal codes for projects.
- High school diploma/GED required, Associates/Technical Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in the Title Industry or as a Paralegal preferred.
- Proficiency in job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
- Attention to detail and valid Driver's License.
