Job Description

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of order fulfillment and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, on-time shipments, and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Create daily team member assignments
Support metrics and recommend process improvements
Train team members to optimize quality and productivity
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Work cross-functionally to identify and execute process improvements

Qualifications

Proficient with MS Office and operational systems
Knowledgeable of RF scan guns
Strong communication and supervisory skills
High school diploma or GED required
4 years' warehouse experience
2 years' leadership experience
Forklift operator certification
