Job Description

The Benefits Administrator position supports the administration of the health, retirement, and employee welfare benefit programs for the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Address benefits inquiries from employees
  • Manage new hire orientations and benefits enrollments
  • Coordinate benefits records and files
  • Support Retirement Specialist and Sr. Leave Specialist
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years Benefits experience
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
