Job Description

Join our small warehouse team in Torrance, California to pick, pack, ship orders, and manage inventory for an e-commerce company specializing in herbals and supplements.

Responsibilities

Print shipping & packing labels
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Accept purchase orders and unload and stock inventory
Receive and send out packages with various delivery personnel (USPS, UPS, etc.)
Update pricing and manage inventory (possible)
Respond to customer requests & questions via email (possible)
E-commerce website maintenance (possible)
Database entry and manipulation (possible)

Qualifications

Attention to detail skills
Computer Skills - Able to type at least 30 WPM, navigate Windows, Gmail, Google Chat, and Google spreadsheets
Willingness to learn and work in a team
