Job Description

The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervises the team, and ensures operational standards are met to satisfy guests.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service
Conduct interviews for team members
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Assign shift duties and ensure completion
Ensure food items are prepared and served correctly

Qualifications

Availability during all hours of operation
Valid state Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Contagious positive attitude
