Job Description

As a Customer Experience Supervisor I at JCPenney, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, coaching them on customer service, leading company training initiatives, and delivering checkout experience strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a role model for the Manager on Duty program
  • Direct customer service activities throughout the store
  • Train and mentor cashier associates on checkout procedures
  • Proactively manage line management and checkout standards
  • Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring and training

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to manage resources effectively
  • Experience in retail management is a plus
