Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a National Account Leave Specialist to support Life, Leave, and Disability needs in the US. This role involves coordinating with internal partners in Human Resources and Operations to ensure efficient benefit program administration for large National Account clients.

Responsibilities

  • Administer NYL life, disability, and leave programs
  • Educate and train HR/Managers on NYL benefits
  • Coordinate integration, administration, and reporting between NYL and internal systems
  • Collaborate with partners across NYL GBS and National Account clients
  • Identify areas of improvement for leave and operations

Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Proficient in leave and disability programs
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
