Job Description

Join Ford Motor Company as a Claims Lead Analyst to lead development efforts for claims/returns modernization and ensure current and future business requirements are met with new system design.

Responsibilities

Lead development efforts for claims/returns modernization
Develop process maps and system specifications for the new order management system related to claims and returns
Develop and perform test cases and analysis to ensure system output meets specifications
Collaborate with internal and external users to develop system design
Develop metrics and analytics to ensure system performance

Qualifications

Previous experience with legacy claims processing system
2 years experience in NA warehouse transportation
Analytical skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Experience with MS Office
