Job Description

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a SAP Lead Super User for Sales & Distribution to be a key contributor in the company's ERP platform project. This role involves analyzing, designing, building, implementing, testing, and training for business locations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define project scopes, and deliver project milestones on time.
Lead and participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, system testing, and go-live activities.
Responsible for the creation of training documents for Customer Service/Sales & Distribution processes.
Deep experience in continuous improvement tools and change management methodologies.
Experience with Customer Service practices and creating an 'ease of doing business' experience for customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and responsive follow-up communication with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrate high standards for compliance, accuracy in reporting, and ethical behavior within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of Manufacturing experience; aluminum extrusion industry experience preferred.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, inventory management and warehouse management.
SAP Experience SD/PP/MM/LE modules strongly preferred.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term plans.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in and through teams with all levels of the workforce.
50% travel required.
