Job Description

Join K&L Wine Merchants, a leading independent wine retailer, as a Delivery Driver. Deliver wine and spirits to customers in the Mid-Peninsula area while assisting in warehouse tasks. Enjoy a dynamic work environment and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers using a company vehicle
Follow designated routes and time schedules using a mobile device
Verify recipient's proof of age for every delivery
Provide courteous and consistent customer service
Pack and organize delivery orders
Load and unload vehicle safely
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
1+ years of professional delivery driving experience preferred
Ability to work full-time Saturday - Wednesday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Previous experience in customer service or warehouse positions a plus
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record
Detail oriented and organized
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to load, unload, and operate a hand truck
Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours each day
Ability to bend stoop, twist, and kneel frequently
Previous experience with Office 365, shipping software, warehouse technology, and handheld devices preferred
