Responsibilities

Manage daily residential operations
Train and support BHT team
Oversee client engagement and morale
Ensure compliance to all rules and procedures

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
Minimum one-year sustained sobriety if in recovery
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
