Job Description

Seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities in the freight industry.

Responsibilities

Manages all employee work schedules and time off requests.
Closely works with the Assistant Manager and/or Service Center Manager to ensure alignment in meeting business objectives.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget.
Conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) required. Preferred 3-5 years of leading Management experience and/or training. Proficient in Microsoft tools, forklift experience a plus.
