Job Description

As an Asset Protection Operations Coach at TownTasks, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing teams, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, controlling merchandise loss, and improving profitability.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation
Lead and develop teams effectively
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
Control merchandise loss and improve profitability
Manage safety and risk controls within the facility
Supervise safety team members
Manage facility-level training and execution of asset protection safety

Qualifications

Completion of 2 years of college or related experience

Successful completion of applicable state requirements for asset protection

Acquisition of a current, state-issued Certificate of Eligibility

Successful completion of criminal background check and/or firearms authorized training
