Job Description

The Bilingual HR Manager at Harvard Maintenance, Inc. will be responsible for supporting Harvard Protection Services in NYC, reporting to the HR Director, and partnering with Operations Field Management. The role involves assisting in the delivery of talent priorities, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Operates as a business partner to regional leadership and management on HR requirements.
Guides employees, supervisors, and management through investigative processes of employee relations.
Develops recruitment strategies and ensures compliance with employment regulations.
Manages employee records, data integrity, and staff development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years HR Generalist experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
Coaching, mentoring, and bilingual (Spanish) skills required.
