Job Description

The Data & Administrative Coordinator position at TownTasks involves working closely with senior management to ensure division objectives are met by monitoring and reporting data related to School Services activities. This role also provides administrative support to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert knowledge of data related to School Services division activities
  • Analyze metrics and program outcomes using data analytics
  • Develop data collection tools to measure outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable data
  • Provide administrative support to senior management

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of office experience working with data
  • Skilled in data analytics and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
