Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a General Admin or Accounts Payable Specialist with construction and union experience to join our client's team in Los Angeles, CA. This position is available immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain project files and records.
  • Assist with scheduling and document management.
  • Provide support to project managers and field teams.
  • Process and verify invoices for construction projects.
  • Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
