Job Description

Ventra Health is seeking a Refund Escalation Specialist to monitor and resolve credit balances and refunds from billing system's overages. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare billing and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Process, research, and resolve credit balances and refunds
Review refund request letters and determine appropriate resolutions
Identify trends and notify appropriate departments
Analyze data and make recommendations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years of experience posting insurance payments
Strong understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements
