Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Lead assists in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis to ensure efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals
Oversee and coordinate warehouse processes
Provide hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals
Train new and current employees on operational SOPs and WIs

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Computer applications proficiency
Strong time management, organizational, planning, and self-motivation skills
Attention to detail
