  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members on various clerical projects as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of office management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
