Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Jasper, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to handle various tasks related to customer inquiries and support.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers and discuss discounts
Resolve issues regarding discounts or programs
Reach out to customers and set appointments
Cross-sell to customers with Multi-Line discount
Handle incoming calls and answer questions
Collect payments and make policy changes
Set up bill accounts and handle billing requests
Submit claims paperwork and provide proof of insurance documents
Assist with INFB Health Plans
Perform any additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty insurance license required or obtainable within a year
Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using Android and Apple phones
Patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology
