Job Description

CHEP is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to join the team in Dunn, NC. The Shift Lead will be responsible for providing peer leadership in designated areas on the production floor to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on peer leadership within an assigned functional area
Support production activities and troubleshoot as needed
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for inventory accuracy
Serve as a subject matter expert for forklift operations, sort, or repair lines
Complete assigned production role duties autonomously

Qualifications

Prior experience in a plant leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and build consensus amongst a team
Strong customer service skills
Ability to drive safety initiatives in the workplace
