Job Description

Join 48forty Solutions, the largest pallet management services company in North America, as a Pallet Repairer. Build and repair wooden pallets to fulfill customer needs in a piece rate position.

Responsibilities

Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers
Stack finished product for forklift operators
Ensure safety and quality standards
Work efficiently to repair pallets

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lb wooden pallets
Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, or construction
Attention to detail and quick hands
Effective communication skills
Willingness to work overtime
