Job Description

The Shift Supervisors assist store managers with leadership initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity, training high-performance AutoZoners in a safe work environment, driving sales, controlling and economizing expenses, and following company procedures in line with AutoZone's expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store personnel
Assume responsibility for store operations and commercial department in the absence of Store Commercial Sales Manager
Manage HUB and commercial department administration to ensure commercial accounts and stores are serviced as promised
Delegate and ensure timely completion of store merchandise tasks
Operate cash registers and follow cash handling obligations
Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures
Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure AutoZoners implement safety practices including PPE
Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security control

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
ASE certification preferred
Demonstrated high level of integrity
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Customer service handling ability
