Job Description

TownTasks is currently seeking a Warehouse Trainer to join our team at our distribution center in Fife, Washington. The Warehouse Trainer will play a key role in providing training to employees and maintaining accurate training records.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary training contact for employees at the business site
Prepare for new hire classes including securing classroom space, materials, and meals
Utilize existing materials and technology to deliver learning programs
Identify program gaps and communicate training opportunities
Track new employee metrics and ensure readiness standards are met
Assist in the development and improvement of training materials

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience
6 years of business experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and learning management systems
Open to working a flexible schedule
