Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will be the first point of contact for HR related matters. You will provide guidance, support, and perform people and culture transactions.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for employees, line managers, and people advisors
Support full employee life cycle query resolution via chat and case management
Handle time and attendance, reward, performance, and compensation queries
Coaching line managers through employee relations queries
Provide exit guidance

Qualifications

Higher education qualification or equivalent experience
Experience in HR or shared services environment preferred
Foundational knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and HR data management system is desirable
