Responsibilities

Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks
Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions
Perform merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram
Count and reconcile cash register drawers
Ensure store inventory is inspected and maintained
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and associates
Design and assign work schedules for an efficient workflow

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
Supervisory experience preferred
