Job Description

Join our team at FedEx Freight as a Freight Handler in San Bernardino, CA. We are looking for individuals who can transport freight across dock areas, perform freight handling using various equipment, and assist with documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

Transport freight to/from trailers
Handle freight using forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck
Verify documentation matches freight description
Secure freight inside trailers
Recoup/repair damaged freight
Complete required documentation and reports
Assist customers with freight and documentation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehousing or freight handling experience preferred
Ability to perform basic math
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift and carry freight of varying weights
Previous dock/warehouse experience preferred
