Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator to oversee staff, daily productivity, tasks, and achieve set goals/standards in the assigned department. The Coordinator will support the Department Supervisor in guiding the team to efficiently complete functions and communicate any issues to management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct start of shift huddle meetings
  • Monitor productivity and performance on the production floor
  • Assign job responsibilities to department personnel
  • Coordinate new associate training and cross-training
  • Ensure department cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Highly motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
