Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator to oversee staff, daily productivity, tasks, and achieve set goals/standards in the assigned department. The Coordinator will support the Department Supervisor in guiding the team to efficiently complete functions and communicate any issues to management.

Responsibilities

Conduct start of shift huddle meetings
Monitor productivity and performance on the production floor
Assign job responsibilities to department personnel
Coordinate new associate training and cross-training
Ensure department cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

2-4 years of leadership experience preferred
Experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to read and interpret documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
Highly motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
