Join our team as a Corporate Retail Trainer in Seoul, South Korea for a global company. This position involves training local retail employees in sales skills and working with various team members.

Responsibilities

Contribute to Retail Coaching Team projects
Establish process for training programs
Monitor sustainment progress after team hand-off
Training of the local store team on staying up to date products and sales skills
Support in developing new processes and tools at management level

Qualifications

4+ years of retail experience
Experience in a training role
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to travel and stay for extended periods in multiple countries
Microsoft Office proficiency
