Job Description

Join our team at Walgreens as a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting with pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and patients by offering assistance with products and services
Provide courteous, efficient service at the checkout
Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions and obtaining patient information
Maintain clean and organized store counters and shelves
Handle telephone calls and assist with inventory management
Complete special assignments as needed

Qualifications

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Preferably have six months of retail experience
Good math and computer skills
PTCB certification is a plus
