Job Description

Join our global games services company as a Team Leader for Player Support. Manage and develop relationships with agents to ensure company principles and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned department's SLAs
Manage agent and team performance
Provide guidance, coaching, and development plans
Work proactively with stakeholders to maintain compliance and performance
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Prior Supervisory/Team Leader/Manager experience preferred
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
