Join our team as a Sr. HR Representative focused on leave of absence administration and policy adherence.
Provide counseling and administrative services to associates during extended leave of absence. Ensure leaves are administered according to policy. Guide associates, HR partners, and managers on LOA policies. Resolve complex leave issues and recommend process improvements.
Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3-5 years of LOA administration experience. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, CA CFRA, and other leave laws.
