Join our team at Ohio Means Jobs Center as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for assisting job seekers in finding employment opportunities and helping employers find suitable candidates through various services and workshops offered.

Responsibilities

Provide reemployment services and eligibility assessment for unemployment compensation programs
Register and update information for job seekers
Plan and organize workshops for job seekers
Greet and provide information to customers visiting the center
Assist job seekers in the resource room
Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving and time management abilities
Public speaking and relationship building skills
