Responsibilities

Assist retail customers with product selection, pricing, and orders.
Engage in selling company products/services and provide material estimates.
Enter orders into the system and schedule product deliveries.
Participate in customer workshops and resolve simple customer complaints.
Assist with store housekeeping, stocking, and inventory control.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months of sales-related experience.
Knowledge of company products and basic sales techniques.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
