Job Description

The Delivery Logistics Manager oversees all Fooda delivery operations in the northeast region, providing leadership to the logistics team and maintaining client and restaurant relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and support logistics team and day-to-day operations
Ensure best variety and value for consumers
Communicate with clients and Account Managers
Train delivery drivers and identify process improvement opportunities
Provide regular reporting insights to Upper Management

Qualifications

5+ years of management and client-facing experience
Effective project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive in identifying potential issues
Ability to analyze and report delivery market performance
