Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for an Armed Tactical Security Supervisor to join their team in Fremont, CA. This role involves supervising security officers, conducting patrols, and ensuring the safety of individuals and property.

Responsibilities

Conduct post checks of officers under your supervision
Train new officers
Ensure 100% coverage of the site
Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity
Respond quickly to threats or incidents
Document incidents and actions taken
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
Exposed firearm permit
Minimum one year of security supervisor experience
Clean driving record
21+ years of age
Authorized to work in the U.S.
