Job Description

NOTS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our Marion, IL warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Use WMS and SAP systems for accurate shipments, receipts, and inventories
Process product orders and receive deliveries
Schedule and plan logistics for large shipments
Maintain shipping and receiving reports
Train associates in operations tasks

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organization and administrative skills
At least 2 years of experience in logistics
Working knowledge of WMS and OSHA best practices
